We bought and tried out the harness and we are really impressed. Fudge tried a few times to twist around and bite it but we ignored this and the walk was really pleasurable for all three of us!
The lead was slack most of the time, occasionally she pulled but was immediately corrected by the harness tightening on her.
Thanks for the advice.
Will and I both really enjoyed the class on Sunday and could not believe how easy you made everything look when you handled him – it reconfirmed that it is us that needs the training!

Just to let you know Cookie and Bramble were spayed yesterday and cannot do dog training on Saturday. We are then away from 1st to 14th April. You were keen for them to socialise with other pups, so we are happy to fit in with whatever you suggest for the last 3 classes. Perhaps you could let us know

We were as shocked and absolutely delighted as everyone else that Beau had passed his puppy foundation class so this is just a quick mail to find out when the next training classes are being held so we can get Beau booked up again. We don’t want to leave it too long as I think we all really benefit from attending the classes. We are still working with Beau and he has really cracked his down position as I sometimes get him to do this before giving him his food. His biting has got better but he does still forget himself and it’s usually when he is over tired or he can’t get his own way so we are still working hard with him on that one – we may still even need a one to one session with you yet?
Dogs in training has helped me and my puppy Pip (who is a border terrier) to have fun together and learn many new skills which will help us enjoy our life together as companions and friends forever! (thanks to angela as she has encouraged me and given us confidence!)

The lesson last week was excellent as all the lessons have been and Keli is progressing really well.

Thankyou so much Angela for giving that extra time to Sherry to catch up. It was so well worth it for both of us. And a real plus that she interacted so well with you -accepting your' handling' especially over the A frame. She is not good at even being taken for a walk by someone else !!! I didnt want to waste your time with stories but she was the runt of 7 pups abandoned at 2 days & taken on by Walnut Tree Vets( where I have gone for years ). I lost my wonderful 14 yr old dog 2 years ago today & they knew I was looking for another dog ( my intention being to take on a senior!!!) I took Sherry on at 6 weeks & she had real separation/ abandonment problems initially. Now at 18 months she has loads of confidence & even wilful disobedience combined with the occasional babyish ' dont leave me' behaviour.
She really loved last evening & you brought out the best in her. I didnt stop to say all this as I felt the lady who fell needed your attention more. But a BIG thankyou.
I will follow up with you sometime about the other training problems we discussed but you gave me a lot of hope . Thankyou
